For privacy and account deletion requests, write from the email address connected to your Shagami account when possible. We respond to privacy requests within 30 calendar days.

What to include

  • Device model and iOS or Android version.
  • Shagami app version and build, if visible.
  • Short description of the issue and the screen where it happens.
  • Screenshots only if they do not contain private health or account data.
